Personal Training


Each training session is individually designed based on our present purpose, the previous session and future goals. Just like no two people are alike, so are no two workouts. I believe that a trained body is not a confused body so the training sessions progress logically and gradually. I also believe that the most important part of the movement is where it comes from, and I don’t allow people to get sloppy on their form. Conversations during training sessions are informational, encouraging and positive. I continue to push boundaries of strength training, as new and innovative equipment is being developed. My training sessions are inspired by body building/sculpting, Kettlebells, body weighted, and functional fitness exercises. My unique blend of all these modalities along with yoga/Pilates and recently Animal Flow movements/ stretches, are my trademark sessions, and show my versatility.
